Make sure elbows are higher than your shoulders.

STEP into the corner or doorway (doorway will probably work better). DO NOT LEAN inward. If doorway is too wide, do 1-arm at a time. In this case, you can even use the corner of a wall.

Hold for 30seconds. Repeat 3x.
